

Onur Durmaz
Onur Durmaz is a Turkish actor. The artist spent his early years in Izmir, where he first fell in love with the magical world of theater and music. His musical journey began with his father playing the oud, and it took an exciting turn when he discovered jazz at the age of 7 or 8. Durmaz also started acting at the same time and loved being on stage. He developed his acting skills at the Vienna Conservatory, where he learned German, English, and Italian. He continued to work in cinema and theater during this time and also took jazz guitar lessons at the conservatory. This period, when music and acting were combined, had a significant impact on his understanding of art. Studying in the multicultural city of Vienna gave Durmaz the chance to meet people from a range of different backgrounds. This experience improved his acting skills and provided him with deeper insight into the different characters he portrayed. Durmaz returned to Turkey in 2014 and made a guest appearance in the series "Menajerimi Ara (Call My Manager)" in 2021. He also appeared in Netflix's "Kulüp (The Club)" series that same year. However, he truly made a name for himself when he entered the world of television. He reached a wide audience, especially with his character "Engin Tilmen" in the series "Yargi (Family Secrets)", which was broadcast on Kanal D in 2021. His outstanding performance in the series showcased his talent to all of Turkey. It also marked the beginning of a new chapter in his career and established him as one of the most promising young talents. With "Yargi (Family Secrets)" being broadcast in over 100 countries, the psychopathic character he created, "Engin Tilmen," won the hearts of millions of viewers from many different cultures. Onur has a huge fan base, particularly in Spain and Italy, and is one of the most popular Turkish actors in social media polls. In 2023, Durmaz returned to the screen in the series "Tuzak (Trap)" and portrayed the beloved character of Hacker Ali Hau
