Hekimoglu, who starts having leg pain again, takes care of a little patient with autism as he struggles with himself at the same time. Surprisingly, Hekimoglu is the only one who can communicate with the child better than anybody else. Zeynep learns that Ipek and Orhan hide something from Hekimoglu. Zeynep forces them to tell the truth. Ipek thinks she is the reason why Hekimoglu is depressed. Meanwhile, during the clinic hours, Hekimoglu meets Mahir who is going to get him in trouble.
