Bir Hastalik Midir Fedakarlik?

A young man, who looks after his siblings all by himself, has a heart attack in a restaurant that he works. Even though Hekimoglu diagnoses him at once, he does not reveal this to his team. He wants each of them to make a diagnosis and starts a competition in which the team members races against time. In time, Hekimoglu realizes that the case is more complicated than they think. As for Mahir, he keeps cornering Orhan to testify against Hekimoglu. This causes Hekimoglu and Orhan to get tough on each other. Ipek does not like the fact that Mahir interrogates the hospital's employees for it makes everybody nervous.
