Detective Mahir offers a challenging deal to Hekimoglu after hearing Orhan's statement. Ipek pressures Hekimoglu to take the deal. She both takes his case from him and cuts off his drugs. During Hekimoglu's absence, Ipek takes on his case. She tries to figure out whether the girl's symptoms are related to her dwarfism.
