Ipek is mad at Ates because she was forced to lie to save him from jail. As a punishment, she assigns him clinic duty all week long. However, Ates tries, he cannot avoid dealing with ordinary diseases. When he realizes a young woman in the clinic has been sexually harassed, events change course. Even if Ates tries to hand over the case to a more experienced doctor, the young woman does not let anybody take care of her except for Ates. Meanwhile, Zeynep treats a homeless patient with cancer who is about to pass away. The old man, who rejects the drugs to numb his pain, prefers to die in agony. Zeynep makes efforts to convince the old man that he should take the drugs to ease the process.
