16-year-old Asli and her mother are admitted to the hospital after a car accident. The rare and congenital disease of Asli, who cannot feel pain, is a great concern for Hekimoglu, who has lived a life full of pain. Thinking that Hekimoglu and his team's efforts are a waste of time, Asli only wants to see her mother whose condition is severe. So, she creates trouble in the hospital until her health deteriorates. Meanwhile, Hekimoglu sees Orhan and Sevda, who has just started to work at the hospital as a nurse, chatting. He insists that they are into each other, but Mehmet Ali thinks the opposite, which leads them into making a bet. On the other hand, Ipek gets ready to go on a date. Hekimoglu does not seem to let go of both Orhan and Ipek.
