As Melis and Berk, who have been together for years, talk on the phone, the building Melis works suddenly collapses. Melis, who is seriously injured under the debris, is immediately admitted to the Valide Atik Hospital. Hekimoglu, who has lost everybody on his team, is not willing to take on a new case yet Melis' condition attracts his attention. As Hekimoglu realizes that her symptoms and the information on her medical file do not match, he starts to think she has a secret life that even her boyfriend Berk does not know about. After all, as Hekimoglu always says, everybody lies. Ipek and Orhan are determined not to help Hekimoglu to make him admit that he needs a team. In this way, they think he will have a hard time diagnosing the patients and be willing to form a team. However, Melis' health deteriorates and they both have to make a decision. Thanks to Hekimoglu's brilliant mind and attention, the case is solved but the outcome will be a surprise to Melis' family, Orhan, and Ipek.
