Captain Gamze, who is a pilot at the Turkish Armed Forces, starts to hear with her eyes while she is on a flight simulation for duty she would like to take on. She crashes the simulation plane. Captain Gamze's symptoms intrigue Hekimoglu yet she has one condition; nobody will know her identity except for Hekimoglu. Hekimoglu creates a team made of forty candidates and their first case is Captain Gamze. The ones who make the right diagnosis will move on to the next stage, the ones who fail will be eliminated. Hekimoglu hides this case from Ipek and the whole hospital because of Captain Gamze's condition to hide her identity. As the candidates, the patient, and Hekimoglu play tag in the hospital, Captain Gamze's health deteriorates. The forty people who make great efforts to find out what is wrong with the patient to win Hekimoglu's favor cause chaos in the hospital and it leads to an inevitable end.
